I had surgery here and I can say the entire staff is genuinely kind and professional. They were so sweet to me during a difficult time for my family and I can’t say it enough. If you have to get surgery you will be in the hands of people who actually care. 10/10. My surgeon was doctor Sehar Ali and she is heaven sent. My son loves her too.
We were told by Georgia OBGYN we had to go here for newborn circumcision ( which you don't , you can choose anywhere you would like). They called us the day before the appointment and stated they couldn't do the procedure due to needing a pre authorization from insurance ( which the insurance repeated multiple times they didn't need and could move forward with procedure). Don’t take your children here. They violate HIPAA (sending emails of your child to other parents), and let’s just say the experience was a nightmare (for us). They will also send you surprise bills later (months afterwards) and corrections will have to be made. Truthfully, after receiving an email containing another parent’s child (patient) this morning, I am planning on taking action.
I had a procedure done there on 4/24 and the whole staff was so very kind. From the front desk to the nurses to the anesthesiologist. They were some of the kindest people.
I had a great experience here for my first surgery. Everyone from the nurse, to anesthesiologist, to assistants were all so nice and of course my doc was phenomenal as usual. The post op ginger ale was the cherry on top before I got to go home!
