Don’t take your children here. They violate HIPAA (sending emails of your child to other parents), and let’s just say the experience was a nightmare (for us). They will also send you surprise bills later (months afterwards) and corrections will have to be made. Truthfully, after receiving an email containing another parent’s child (patient) this morning, I am planning on taking action.
I had a procedure done there on 4/24 and the whole staff was so very kind. From the front desk to the nurses to the anesthesiologist. They were some of the kindest people.
I had a great experience here for my first surgery. Everyone from the nurse, to anesthesiologist, to assistants were all so nice and of course my doc was phenomenal as usual. The post op ginger ale was the cherry on top before I got to go home!
I just had an unfortunate DC post miscarriage procedure. Everyone was kind and compassionate. Nurse Sally who did all pre-op, Dr Lindsay Oppenheimer anesthesiologist and of course one and only Dr Donnelly. The preop was very smooth and comfortable. I had a procedure done on Nov 3rd. Jessica, the phone operator, was SUPER HELPFUL on confirming the details day of. Nurse Rita, the pre op nurse, was so compassionate and eased my nerves since my husband wasn't allowed back with me. She was really nice The anesthesiologist Dr.P needs to work on her bedside manner.
