Love the dental hygienist. She is awesome and my teeth always look and feel very polished and clean.
I made an appointment in October, 2024 for a new patient general cleaning. When I arrived I was told I would need new X-rays and the determination of which cleaning I needed. Even though I was told in October that I could get just a general cleaning. I was not even told My cleaning would be done today. The front office was very rude and the man told me they would not be a good fit for me. Seems to me that a front office person would not have the authority to turn away patients. Initial visit with no Insurance. Had a very nice hygienist who gave a me alot of time. Doctor came in for maybe 2 minutes. When I asked about cost he sent in aa front desk person to talk about prices. Too business oriented practice. Seems like a money oriented place.
