We had such a wonderful experience with North Cove and the recent purchase of our new home. The home we bought was in the process of being built and they still let us finalize some of the options and customize things that still had the opportunity. Everyone at North Cove is wonderful to work with! This was our third home building experience and they by far were the best experience we had. Highly recommend if you’re considering building a new home.
Neal, Elisha, Cindy, Chris and the rest of the team provided an outstanding experience. From the Design through the entire building process, they were there to answer any questions. If there were any issues, (there were only a few) they were there to address them, no questions asked. I really appreciated that. We’ve been in the house a couple of years, overall the quality has been awesome. I’m so glad we chose them to build our house, would do it again in a heartbeat.
Before building our home, we attended The Parade of Homes and we also met with several builders. We chose to use North Cove Builders for our project. And we have no regrets about that decision. We love our new, custom lake house. The entire team was great to work with. The project was also done on time and on budget. We would not hesitate to build again with North Cove!
North Cove and the entire team have been amazing to work with! My wife and I were initially impressed when we toured one of their homes in the Parade of 2022, and again in 2023, noticing their overall standard of quality. We were most impressed with North Cove's budgeting tool, which allowed us to understand the exact cost to build our home. Neal was the first builder we met during the Fall 2021 Parade of Homes. He was personable, professional, and informative without a hint of pressure salesmanship.
