The North Cove experience is top tier. This was our first time building a home and the team was absolutely amazing at guiding us the whole way. Everyone’s heard bad stories about building a home and challenges that came along. Not once did we have any challenges or problems arise through the entire process. From start to finish our experience building with North Cove was wonderful. We had never built before and they walked us through the process so graciously. They followed through on every little detail and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. We've been in our home for 7 years now and we still love it just as much as the day we got the keys. We would build with them again and have recommended North Cove to family and friends.
We had such a wonderful experience with North Cove and the recent purchase of our new home. The home we bought was in the process of being built and they still let us finalize some of the options and customize things that still had the opportunity. Everyone at North Cove is wonderful to work with! This was our third home building experience and they by far were the best experience we had. Highly recommend if you’re considering building a new home.
Neal, Elisha, Cindy, Chris and the rest of the team provided an outstanding experience. From the Design through the entire building process, they were there to answer any questions. If there were any issues, (there were only a few) they were there to address them, no questions asked. I really appreciated that. We’ve been in the house a couple of years, overall the quality has been awesome. I’m so glad we chose them to build our house, would do it again in a heartbeat.
Before building our home, we attended The Parade of Homes and we also met with several builders. We chose to use North Cove Builders for our project. And we have no regrets about that decision. We love our new, custom lake house. The entire team was great to work with. The project was also done on time and on budget. We would not hesitate to build again with North Cove!
