It's a place to avoid
Cozy complex with a great team! Safe, secure, and convenient with excellent amenities at a reasonable price. A hidden gem in Seattle. The building is old n seen better days, though.
Going to give this review anonymously because I am fearful of the property management team here. I can say that the other negative reviews here are very truthful. I have been living here for a couple of years and moving out has to be the best decision I made. You can find better else where. The management is what makes this apartment unlivable. 1.
