My cat was gasping for air. It was an emergency. (My regular vet was closed due to weather, which I explained to them) The staff did not even look at him to see if it really was an emergency. They told me to sit in the waiting room until there was an opening because I was not a regular customer. While I was sitting there the gasping stopped. When they finally called me up to the counter. Definitely the best vet I have ever had for my animals. Dr. Hugh and team are passionate about their work and have walk-in hours twice weekly to accommodate clients' work schedules. They are so compassionate toward our four-legged friends. I can't say enough about this wonderful vet clinic!

The staff has always been very knowledgable and caring. The only thing we don't like is a staff member almost berate us each time we need to visit because we have not spayed/neutered both our pets. When we told them we were going to breed them, the assistance said 'you don't know what you are getting in for", "it's a lot of work". We already knew this and did not need someone looking down there nose at us. Other than the above, everyone is great with our pets and us.
