Highly skilled practitioners in acupuncture and massage (I have not seen the physical therapist or dietitian). Exceptionally clean and quiet treatment rooms, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.
Love Dave for acupuncture and Mercedes for massage. Very clean and relaxing office, great team.
Today was my first appointment. I had to wait a while to get it, but I decided to give it a try. I arrived 9 minutes late, and they said I would need to reschedule. I understood that; it wasn't the part that bothered me. What irritated me was the receptionist's rude tone when she said, You're supposed to be early on general to appointments anyway! And at the same time they have a sign that says not to arrive more than 5 minutes earlier to your appointment. Seems to me they don't want customers around!
Lovely people. Dr Stoebel listens and respond with healing. Crystal is at the desk. She Is not only the smartest receptionist but knows her job so well. Mercedes is a wonderful masseuse. Always feel rejuvenated after a massage. I am so glad I found North County Wellness. They take good care of me!
