Everyone I came into contact with was wonderful! I understand why my doctor uses this facility. The preop nurse Ashley made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Even the nurses that weren't assigned to me asked how I was doing. They were all so kind, even with patients that were not so kind to them.
The center itself is great. Everyone was really nice and they were ON IT! The anesthesiologist was really sweet and comforting. My GI has always been awesome so it was great to see her. The intake nurse Omare (sp?) on duty at 11 was very funny and kind. But she left around 12 and that nurse that came after (named Jenny? I couldn’t really hear her name. But she is an older woman that smelled like cigarette smoke) was a ROUGH experience. Another man left a review here that had me almost cancel my appointment where he mentioned... read more
Just left there after a procedure today- from the reception through to discharge everyone treated me professionally and were very kind too
Brooke was my nurse when I went in for surgery. She was so kind during my pre op check in. I can't remember everyone else's name but they were all so nice. My anesthesiologist's were great too and my post op nurse was so sweet. She got me the best drinks, made sure I had the meds I needed, and helped me to the bathroom. Thank you all so much for your outstanding care. And of course a big thank you to Dr. Grimaldi for helping me get on the road to being able to breathe better! You are all so kind
