I'm a neighbor of a property that is managed by NCPPM. I needed an architectural change request form signed by the owner of the unit that was being managed. I contacted NCPPM and was told to email the form and they would send along to the owner. I emailed the form, and received no confirmation that the email was received. I do it's important to note you received your signed form less than a week from your initial inquiry. 5 days to be exact. ******* reached out to me while I was on vacation and out of the country. I took my time to chat with him and asked him to send me his architectural change request form which I would pass along to the owner as soon as possible.
