Mixed Reviews First, I have always had plumbers who come and look at the job to assess the situation, explain the problem, discuss the “fix” and then tell me the cost. Not the case here. This was done over the phone and with me sending a picture. The end result was me paying almost $5000 for two residential water heaters! I must say I feel a bit foolish.
