I was referred to this company by my realtor. I looked at his Yelp reviews and I should have listened. This has been my worst experience with a termite company! Edmanuel did not follow thru with the agreed dates, he also subcontracted the work to another company and had no clue what was going on with my property. I needed to replace my fascia boards and entry beams so I reached out to a good friend for a recommendation. After the initial consultation with North County Pest MGMT, I signed the contract. The price was fair. It took 4 days and the workers were professional, detail oriented and finished on time. We received quite a few compliments from our neighbors. I plan to do additional upgrades/repairs and will definitely contract them again.
