I am so thankful for everyone I've worked with at NCHS! I am especially thankful that the patient portal is working. It has made it so much easier to contact my doctor, refill prescriptions, and finding out the status of my referrals. I'm looking forward to being able to request appointments instead of sitting on hold!

North County Health Services Dental department is by far the worst place. Extremely bad desk service and very poor people skills. Whoever was working the front desk on Monday November 17th are the worst receptionist they have. They laugh at the patients and are uncomfortably rude. I can't express what an awful experience we had at that place..

Was encouraged to fill out my medical papers with them. 6 months nothing. When I called back no record of my application. I was asked to describe the person. A mid 20 s latino lady . She said that describes all of the girl's in her department. She had me call medical. They haveno rrecord of my application. Bummer for me.

Most of the time this place is great, except when it comes to getting your Rx refills. I don't take anything that u can do bad stuff with or get high off, I have asthma, everytime I need to get my inhalers refilled they act like I am asking for Morphine or something, it gets denied, so I have to sit there for a couple days at a time calling between the pharmacy and the Dr's office, until it gets the point where I have to end up driving down there, and taking it to a manager, which I hate doing.
