Very friendly and efficient
I filled out a email form on their website in the evening hours, I was promptly called by. Colleen who found an opening for me . She sent over the paperwork and filled out ahead of time. Checked in at the time we discussed. Doctor took care of things for me. The whole staff was courteous. I highly recommend this facility.
My husband commented to me that he was in & out of the office too fast & was not provided a hearing test! He was told to go back to the Scripps surgeon in Rancho Bernardo that operated on his left ear in the past! The Dr also told him he does not have an infection. I filled out 5-6 pages of forms that took longer than his visit. We are both very disappointed!
The entire process was easy from the initial signing in to the procedure. I am incredibly pleased with the professionalism of all who were involved.
