Mike and office exceed expectations
North County continues to be a local successful business with employees that are long term teams. Dwane, Harold and scheduling team are efficient, friendly and understanding of difficult situations becoming easier and resolved. Money is difficult in this economy and their prices are fair and they have a genuine understanding of giving the best service for a fair price.
I have used North County Cooling since I moved to Florida 10 years ago. They have always been responsive and knowledgeable. Our air conditioner condenser motor failed over the weekend. I left a voice message for them and they called first thing Monday morning and were at my house at 8 AM. Dan was the tech and he diagnosed the problem immediately, had a motor on his truck that he could install and was finished before 9:30. I was very pleased with the results.
