Couple weeks ago I called this company to service my AC , a technician came to my house just an hour after my call, which is awesome, technician spent almost two hours trying to figure out the issue, diagnoses was “ there is a leak but could not locate the exact source of the leak” ; therefore, it was recommended to use a leak dye test to find where exactly the leak to repair which will take about 6 months to run through the system, and for the mean time he recharged my unit to the m... read more

We have been customers of North County Cooling since we moved to S. Florida nearly 30 years ago. The reason that we have stuck with them is because they have been there to help us with any problem, 100% of the time. Blaise and Michael came today to replace a damaged drain pan, and they were really terrific -- respectful, professional, skillful, and attention to detail -- all things that i have come to expect rom NCC. Customer Service Carlton was very good, courteous, and was on time.
I was a client of North County for many years when Pat owned the company. New owners took over and came out for a service call. The tech informs me that the service was going to be more expensive than last time which was fine however this time the service would have extra charges for a mini split raising my service from 300 to 560! I declined and asked the tech to leave. I then get an email from the office offering a “one time courtesy discount”. I declined and immediately fired them.
