I received a phone call from Nurse Vicky (I believe her name is?) after I called to let the office know a medication wasn’t helping and my boyfriend had to go to the ER for gastrointestinal problems. She called me back a few hours later, and she was so rude and unprofessional to me on the phone — essentially snapping at me for saying the office does not return my calls when I call (which they have only once). I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy 24 days ago and I am still waiting for my results. I have called Dr Rosainz’ office a dozen times and have been told that “Digestive Health” is “backlogged” and the person I spoke to, Dominique, said that she will do everything she can to get them for me. She was nice but indicated that many patients are having this problem. I need my results as it will clarify if my problems are digestive or otherwise and I can get proper treatment. In the meantime, I average an hour sleep per night and my ... read more
