My wife and I took our 2023 Escalade here for service after being treated horrible at Premier Cadillac of Carlsbad (worst place in San Diego to take your car in/buy a Cadillac). We were greeted by an amazing team and Frank the service advisor took incredible care of us. The facility itself is really nice and modern, and every team member we ran into was a 10/10 friendly and interested in our satisfaction. Well, let me tell you about this Cadillac dealership first and first they take more than a long time for a service and when they tell you something they don’t honor anything you need to keep the receipt you need to keep the conversation recorded so that way when you go back to them and you say something, they’re always run away or long story short avoid going there
I have been going to this Cadillac to service my 2018 Cadillac CTS for several years now. I want to give a special shout out to Andrea Vega in the Service department. She has been extremely helpful over the years and works most Saturdays also. They always get my car serviced right the first time and Andrea is AWESOME!! :)
