I traveled 30” past another Cadillac dealer for a total of 1hour drive to get to the North County service center and what a breath of fresh air. I’m will to travel for good service. I appreciate their attention to detail, their use of technology to effectively communicate their findings with videos and photos and the wallet feature as well.
