I have been going to this Cadillac to service my 2018 Cadillac CTS for several years now. I want to give a special shout out to Andrea Vega in the Service department. She has been extremely helpful over the years and works most Saturdays also. They always get my car serviced right the first time and Andrea is AWESOME!! :)

This review is for the service department and parts : First time at the Escondido Cadillac service department and it was very uncomfortable, confusing and not welcoming. As soon as I pulled in for my appointment, nobody came out to greet or asked questions, I waited in my car for 5 min. Then I realized that I wasn't going to have anybody helping me at my car so I walked into the lobby, busy place, and dont know who to talk to , I reached a lady there and the designated service person was in a rush and with a loud voice asked... read more
