This review is for the service department and parts : First time at the Escondido Cadillac service department and it was very uncomfortable, confusing and not welcoming. As soon as I pulled in for my appointment, nobody came out to greet or asked questions, I waited in my car for 5 min. Shitty experience with the manager, Alex. I went to buy a truck in cash. I sat there for 1 hour. I traveled a long way to make the purchase. Out of nowhere, he apologizes. The truck's sold. I tell him I was here for the paperwork, and out of nowhere, he tells me someone came and bought it. I was there first, and I was buying it. To which he apologizes and walks away. Shitty business, not a good place to spend your money. There are plenty of other dealers.

I’ve had a terrible experience with their service department. A few months ago, my Cadillac XTS started having issues, so I brought it in. They diagnosed the problem as faulty shocks, which were replaced under my extended warranty. A few months later, the car started making noise again. I brought it back, and this time they claimed it was the brakes. Although I doubted their diagnosis, I trusted their judgment and paid around $500. The very next day, the noise got worse.
