Can't recommend North County Automotive enough. They are all super nice, are very good at communicating/ explaining what's going on, & have very competitive pricing. (They worked on my Tesla)
I have taken my vehicle here many times and I’m always met with courtesy, accurate assessments of what needs to be fixed, and competent work. I moved away from the area, but still bring my vehicle here when practical because I trust them and their work.
Great service and great people
Initially sent and inquiry to the shop regarding my brakes. Erik Tyler responded quickly. Decided to visit him to discuss my situation. He listened to my needs/concerns so I decided to take my vehicle in. Process was smooth from drop off, deciding what course of action to take, pick up and talking to the technician that worked on my car. It's been a long time since I've felt good about a business like this.
When you can know longer trust the location where you normally take your car for maintenance it's time to move on, I did. Fortunately I found a garage that amazed me with their honesty and information concerning my problem, my car brakes at 45 thousand miles I believed were probably due for replacement.
