Tbh, I found them on the internet and gave them a shot.. it was the best decision I've made all year. Cindy was friendly and informative; she set an expectation level and they delivered. I plan on utilizing them for all future automotive projects, jobs and repairs. Im sold on the full package. Awesome job everyone!
Such nice and honest people. I have a hybrid car that went a bit wacky and l was afraid it was the big battery going bad ( they have 2 batteries) and even though the small one had been replaced last year it went bad and l just wanted to start fresh. I will be completely loyal to North County Automotive from now on not only did they squeeze me in when l was new but they assured me that it may be something simple causing the problem. And it was. Dropped off my car there for the first time and they were great!
They were amazing. Brought our car in to get an oil leak fixed and a check up to see what else needed to be worked on. They were clear on what needed to be fixed and even put in of urgency on each item. Reasonable price and they were so kind and kept us up to date.
