I was struggling with my car and when i called in the morning, Cindy was so kind answering every question i had and told me to bring my car in the sooner the better so they could help me. I did get there almost last minute before closing and they were so amazing for taking me in so they could start working on my car the next day. I had a really pleasant experience from all the staff and they were incredibly responsive and thorough with the repairs my truck needed.
I recently visited North County automotive for my car I had just purchased. I was thoroughly impressed with service I received. They quickly diagnosed the Issues With extreme corrosion of rust to where my gas tank was barely hanging on And they provided a clear explanation and recommend that I take this vehicle back to the dealership. Which I did, I was able to trade it in for a different vehicle. I always am treated with kindness and respect here at North County Automotive. I came in to have a dragging part removed. Through inspection it was discovered that I needed a filter replaced and time for an oil change. All able to be done on the spot. Will not take my car anywhere else. I only trust North County Automotive. Thank you for the great service!!!
