One star- high turn over rate due to poor staffing- one nurse for 40+ residents, no direct deposit, old building, old beds etc.
Poor care. Dropped my mother and lied to me about it. Life flighted her to St. Frances after letting her lay for a whole day with her hip out of socket. I only found out when I got the bill. Bad management.
North County Senior Living is by far one of the best homes around. The residents are happy, loved, and well taken care of. Staff continuously go above and beyond. The food is outstanding, giving our residents their choice in food when they want to eat with true restaurant style dining. Hot, prepared immediately delicious food. Activities is done pretty much all day long. Residents can be seen watching TV, visiting with Gwinnie, playing card games, singing, playing bingo, and the list goes on and on. This place is amazing! All the staff are friendly and very caring. They take great care of all the residents. The food is fantastic and it's clean! I couldn't ask for a better place for my grandpa to be taking care of.
