The people are very helpful and friendly. I did like eagle net for paying my bills online it was very easy. I do not like it nearly as much since they started removing money from my account after a check is cashed. They used to remove it as soon as I typed it in. That gave me the balance i had available to spend. I liked it better the old way but cannot change it. I would like it if we the customer could choose when to have money Removed (immediately or at time check is cashed).
I have been banking with NCSB for 50 years and even though I now live in the Southwest I still do all of my banking with them. Great people, great service.
