Noelle and the girls in Massena rock! It's a small town bank with all the latest products. They are very accommodating and always friendly and easy to work with. Keep doing what you do, customer service at its best!
The people are very helpful and friendly. I did like eagle net for paying my bills online it was very easy. I do not like it nearly as much since they started removing money from my account after a check is cashed. They used to remove it as soon as I typed it in. That gave me the balance i had available to spend. I liked it better the old way but cannot change it. I would like it if we the customer could choose when to have money Removed (immediately or at time check is cashed).
