I have made repeated requests for this business to remove the interior photographs of a privately owned property; they refuse. This is now becoming a safety/security issue, one they are well aware of, yet they do not care and simply have done nothing. North Country Real Estate will gladly use your house to drum up business, but does nothing once the house is privately owned. Stay away. Buyer beware.
Their agent Vickie Gocht wanted to be a duel agent and take both buyers and sellers commission. She was angry when I got my own buyer agent. She did not cooperate with my agent regarding getting the house key for a showing. She was also too lazy to provide good images of the house. Upon closing, North Country Real Estate did not give me or my agent the house key.
