Their agent Vickie Gocht wanted to be a duel agent and take both buyers and sellers commission. She was angry when I got my own buyer agent. She did not cooperate with my agent regarding getting the house key for a showing. She was also too lazy to provide good images of the house. Upon closing, North Country Real Estate did not give me or my agent the house key.
