The home I bought had many issues but the biggest to mention was an entire living room addition that they built themselves. They didn’t use the proper support beam, it was literally collapsing and had to be completely re-done. Come to find out they never had it inspected after construction. Just dishonest people. Go somewhere else for your home please.
