The receptionist name Kim has the worse attitude I was trying to establish care and when I got there in the office she gave me such an attitude because I couldn’t answered the phone to confirm my appointment because I was working she should learn to be more polite with people

Honestly one of the best doctors around. I have been having pain my my upper back and neck for years and Dr. Pollytia was the first doctor that listened to me and ordered me to have an mri done. Thanks to her we found the reason! She is so caring and sweet I’m so grateful for her thank you!
Once Dr. Dhillon passed away my co pays went up. When questioned as to why, it was revealed that some insurance companies consider a Nurse Practitioner as a specialist, hence a $15 increase in CO pay. When I was informed by insurance company that the doctors office would need to call and register as a (PCP), primary care provider, I was told that this issue was not a priority for this office.
