Lousy customer service and incompetent techs. They sold us the wrong tires for business our cargo van.-- We needed winter tires for our Nissan cargo van. Within 45 days all the studds had come out of the tires and the van was driving poorly. The folks at North Country couldn't figure out the issue and said it most likely had to do with the front end alignment. Asked for a quote on a truck they had. No one in dealership when I showed up. Truck was there although not as presented on ad. Guessing they are closing their doors?

Incompetence at its finest. Send them an email looking for a service quote. They responded back with a quote for several new vehicles. I tried to respond back and the salesman's email address returns undeliverable. To date, they have sent me 5 separate emails asking when I would like to come in for a test drive. Every time I respond the email is returned undeliverable.
