Piss poor customer service good to deal with until they get your check cashed don’t stand behind products they sell after it’s out the door they have the attitude the consumer is out to get them and screwing them over definitely not the rural people I know and deal with from Western North Dakota maybe they would fit in a little better in a larger populated area where values and views are different
Customer Service is outstanding, I had a flat tire Tuesday after hours, parked my SUV outside their location in Kenmare that evening and Wednesday morning they were already getting me set up with a new set of tires. Appreciate the fact they value their customers time and could get me back on the road so quickly.

I was at the store in December before Christmas and found a tack set I loved but being Christmas I left it. I checked back after Christmas to see if it was still available unfortunately it had sold... my loss. However 2 weeks ago I got message that the sales person was in the store did I still want the set? If so they would order it for me! I said yes and they have it in transit to me today! That’s great customer service to remember and special order! Thanks so much!
Get my bird seeds outdoor lawn ornaments and whatever else I need staff is always helpful in helping find what I need

Cannot say enough good things about Don and his crew at North Country!! They go above and beyond to help you out! And they have everything from fencing to feed and everything in between!
