I'm about to sign my lease for my second year. I have been very happy here! I've never had to wait long for a maintenance issue, I love the apartment, and there are nice facilities (which I should use more often but I struggle leaving the apartment, haha). I used the pool this past summer and it was lovely. The office staff have always been extremely kind. My husband and I lived at north country manor for the past 7 years. We recently had to move further south for a new job or we would have stayed. The apartments are older, but well maintained. The price is affordable for the area. We lived in a one bedroom apartment for two years and moved to a two bedroom which we lived in for five years. Started renting here back in Jan. The move in experience was extremely easy. Ian and his staff are very friendly and up front. Great positive attitude all around. Maintenence has been very fast whenever we have needed them. No signs of bugs, no mold, neighbors are friendly and seem to have lived here for years. My wife used to live here when we first dated in high school so it's been nostalgic living here. So long as my rent doesn't increase too much, we foresee ourselves living here for years to come.
