Started renting here back in Jan. The move in experience was extremely easy. Ian and his staff are very friendly and up front. Great positive attitude all around. Maintenence has been very fast whenever we have needed them. No signs of bugs, no mold, neighbors are friendly and seem to have lived here for years. My wife used to live here when we first dated in high school so it's been nostalgic living here. So long as my rent doesn't increase too much, we foresee ourselves living here for years to come. The office staff is very rude, the gym and swimming pool close very early, the playground is always closed and you're lucky if you find your parking space free, I don't recommend renting here.
