Mark did an excellent job on our upper patio, 8' high retaining wall, lower patio, swimming pool base and fire pit. The work was completed in 2018. Mark was very picky when it came to the job he was doing. The following year he did our front door stoop and a walkway from the stoop. In 2021 he did a walkway from our upper patio to our swimming pool. In 2022 he did a walkway from our driveway to our front door. What started out as an optimistic process ended in frustration and disappointment. Our issues resinate a lot with the other ratings from other customers. Big promises, but no follow through. We signed a contract and paid in full that would guarantee our plantings for a year and that was not held up on this his part. We planted many trees and perennials that did not make it and were never replaced as promised. After MANY voice messages, texts, and emails without response left us with a disgusted feeling for how much we paid. ... read more
Did not delivery what he stated. Used less materials than he charged us for. Non responsive to calls, texts etc to fix issues. We had to hire another landscaper to fix the problems. Lack of clean up of street when done. Cuts corners.
