Costco delivered my over-range dishwasher this a.m. when they said they would. This installation company sent a small, elderly guy out a couple hours later to install. He took one look at the large box sitting in the middle of my kitchen and said he couldn't install something that heavy by himself w/o damaging something in my kitchen or risking injury to himself. Absolutly great company. The office staff was super nice and very much willing to work wirh our needs. The installer was very kind and talked with us the whole time. He even cleaned up the mess before he left. Great company to work with. Thank you North Country AAA+
I recently had a terrible experience with North Country Installations LLC, contracted by Costco to install my dishwasher. The technician claimed that the water valve was leaking and not shutting off properly. Thankfully, I called a licensed plumber who confirmed that the valve was perfectly fine. This blatant lie was clearly an attempt to not do the work and potential to charge for unnecessary work. Had a dishwasher delivery from Costco. Costco had some miscommunication - but the delivery guy called, gave us a time window of when he would be there, arrived during the time, installed the dishwasher and cleaned up after himself.
Was supposed to get a dishwasher installed from a Lowe’s purchase. Install and haul away did not happen, after a laundry list of excuses and escalation we told him to just leave the dishwasher in the garage and go. Would not recommend, would also clarify with Lowe’s who exactly your installer is before too. So that you don’t end up with this guy.
