I did not have the best experience with NorthStar Heating/cooling services. They responded quickly and were able to get someone in my home same day to fix a gurgling issue in my exhaust pipe. They quoted me different fixes, one fix was to replace my brand new installed furnace a few weeks prior with another brand new smaller furnace for thousands of dollars. They didn’t fix the issue and still charged me $270. My blower motor wasn’t Turing on and they said they found no problem. Not wast your time and money.
Very happy with the prompt service and person they sent to my house to repair my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and he had the part needed to fix the problem on his vehicle. It was -20 degrees so I was very worried!! Ive used other heating companies around the area and North Country is by far the most professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
