They repeatedly misdiagnosed me for years whenever I had symptoms of MS, saying it was anxiety, until I was on a walker. Im 32. Now they often don't fulfill referrals, have meds on time, have lost my labs!
Never thought I'd be so disappointed in this facility. Doctors were talking crap about my family at their desks and with each other about our cases and didn't even realize I was standing there listening to this regarding my son being scene and her unwanted opinions to her colleagues about it: all while I was in the hallway waiting for my daughter using the bathroom. They never ever have any appointments and if they do, it’s always two to four months out so they encourage you to go to urgent care which costs more. Every time you go to urgent care there’s maybe one person there or none but yet they say they are fully booked everyday. Go or call for yourself and you be the judge of it. I honestly think that place is a scam.
How do you like them now. There is a law suite by the employees because north country healthcare was not pay their portion of their employees health insurance. Just another way they are abusing their employees and the community. I have PTSD. I called in for a prescription. I was told it was a state law that I had to drug test and sign a drug contract. When I went in I asked for a copy of said law. Next thing I know the cops are escorting me out. To recap. I have PTSD. I went in for PTSD medication, your employee's lie to me ... read more
Don't make the same mistake I did. This is NOT an Urgent care clinic. Your insurance will treat is as an Out of Network Office visit which was not covered at all for me, not even towards my deductible. I feel they miss-represented themselves since The website say "Urgent Care ". Otherwise I had a good experience.
