On 2 seperate occasions I have attempted to use our local physical therapy services both times I was told they had available time and both times Within 2 days their schedule was full. Both times I was told there were openings only to find out they didn't. Not a good way to promote local business
I usually don't give people or places reviews, but this review definitely needs to be made. This review is about Dr. Erin Felton. Yes, I am name dropping this person because this person indefinitely needs to be Re-Educated in what it means to be a Doctor for Families who are seeking medical help. My Spouse and I already had a bad experience with this "doctor" way prior to an appointment I had this month. They repeatedly misdiagnosed me for years whenever I had symptoms of MS, saying it was anxiety, until I was on a walker. Im 32. Now they often don't fulfill referrals, have meds on time, have lost my labs!
Never thought I'd be so disappointed in this facility. Doctors were talking crap about my family at their desks and with each other about our cases and didn't even realize I was standing there listening to this regarding my son being scene and her unwanted opinions to her colleagues about it: all while I was in the hallway waiting for my daughter using the bathroom.
