I’ve debated about leaving this review but I can’t not say anything. I went into her office as I was new to the area. Terilyn changed my medication because she felt it was too much. No labs, no medical documentation to back up her decision. Just because she felt it was too much. It’s the same medication I’ve been on since I was 6 years old. She refused to contact my old pcp. This office is amazing. The staff is friendly and gets things done in a timely manner, I work for a company on the mountain that deals with most of the physicians up here. Some offices are pretty good about sending over paperwork that is complete, follows insurance guidelines, and done quickly. Other offices not so much. This office is well versed in making sure all the documents are faxed over correctly and they’re staying on top of patient needs. Since they’ve been so great, I now have Gina Silveira as my PCP.
