This office is amazing. The staff is friendly and gets things done in a timely manner, I work for a company on the mountain that deals with most of the physicians up here. Some offices are pretty good about sending over paperwork that is complete, follows insurance guidelines, and done quickly. Other offices not so much. This office is well versed in making sure all the documents are faxed over correctly and they’re staying on top of patient needs. Since they’ve been so great, I now have Gina Silveira as my PCP. 3 times in a row I have been met with RUDE staff. As well as 1st time my 2 kids hap apoitments ND wete forgot about after we. Hacked in they called ton of people I went to ask what was happening ing and thwy rescheduled us. What a joke. Then last time the same RUDE woman on dental side gave me no reason as to why they wouldn't see me for full fledged dentall emergency. The staff is always rude Un aging and unexplaining to patientS. It's a shame they're Lloqed to treat people this way over and over. Please do better .
