Please be advised that the following review is based upon my experience with North Country Healthcare which is no longer in business. Elk Ridge Healthcare (ERH) now provides these services. I am unable to provide a review of ERH at this time due to not being able to schedule an appointment for four weeks from today. The staff and providers are wonderful here. Front desk staff are amazing and kind. Very friendly and helpful every time I call or come in for my appointment. Everyone goes above and beyond my expectations. I’m so grateful to all.
Everything was great, I really felt comfortable. I love my new doctor, he took time to answer my questions, and the MA was nice and professional. I was with Jonathan for a while and I'm sad he is leaving really puts me at a loss of words. Best of luck to you.
If your medications are important to you do not go here. Been waiting 2 weeks for a refill I've been out of for 2 weeks. Presently looking for a new Dr. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! and UNACCEPTABLE, from a Dr. There excuse is possible kidney and liver failure. I thought that's why I do bloodwork.
