On top of never having any Dr’s available they have a rude attitude. If you don’t like your job find a new one. You are in customer service in health care be more empathetic or helpful for gods sake. I’d rather drive to Winslow or show low than deal with the staff. The Dr is nice when she is available but other than that everyone else is pretty rude. They’ve made many mistakes to at this location from prescriptions to appointment times. Sad that this is our only choice for “healthcare “ .

Trantham is awesome. Support staff, , mainly front desk—-“Terri” or “Carrie’s” tone is punitive and highly restrictive. I recommend they drop her. Also, Rhonda, the MA is the same…not only in my experience but other fellow patients I’ve spoken to. Mr. Trantham, if you’re able to see this—-drop this support staff before they drive out all of your patients. These women are not cut out for healthcare.
