Front desk is inappropriate. Talking poorly about patients even when they are still in the lobby. Needs to be retrained on what's appropriate and what's not appropriate to discuss when there's patients in the lobby, rather than gossiping in front of them.
My wife and I love Dr. Coles!!! The front staff needs work, but she is the best doctor in Az and the best I've ever had. She looks up drug interactions before prescribing then, she looks up anything she isn't certain of. Her bedside manner is great. When I was diagnosed with cancer she called me to walk me through all the wording from her home after work hours
Never available when you need help. Always takes a month out just to be seen for an issue that I need help with now.
Have good doctors
The Nurse Practitioner Ashley Overall was such a professionally demure and awesome person! She took out my Nexplanon no problem and explained what she was doing the whole time, which is great for everybody! She told me how to care for it and also showed me to Corrillo (I think that is how you spell her name) Who was also an absolute gem and gave me everything I needed to help myself whilst helping me help myself! :) Thank you very much for all that you peeps do at North Country HealthCare!!!
