If the girls at the desk are just going to IGNORE people's phone calls because they are too busy chatting and gossiping like they always are when i actually come in, then maybe you guys should get new employees. Ridiculous. Seriously.
I literally just started with NC and ALREADY I am having the same issues that made me leave my prior provider!!! I called yesterday morning because my provider didn’t show up on a day she was supposed and I had had a fall causing neurological flares. When I called I expressed the urgency and that my provider was a no show three days prior. I was told that they would call me right back. Worst place to go in Flagstaff. Trying to establish new patient care after moving to town. Wrong fax number given at front desk for medical records sent, wrong number online, didn’t call back for 2 weeks. Rude DR’s making me feel more like a criminal than a normal person. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO VISIT THIS PLACE EVER
I have been a patient here for many years for regular check ups, ultrasounds, genetic testing, child birth, birth control, post pregnancy care. All the doctors and the nurses are so amazing in North Country. Thank you so much for putting up with me and taking the best care of me and my children before they were even born. 5 stars always.
I am currently pregnant being seen here, almost every appointment the past 3 months have been rescheduled. It’s impossible to see a provider or get an ultrasound the date you schedule for without being reschedule the day before or day of. My last appointment I sat in a room for 45 mins waiting for my provider the medical assistant kept saying 10-15 more minutes to then find out my provider called out sick and they were just trying to squeeze me in somewhere..
