It takes them between 1 to several months to see a doctor after making an appointment. Truly the epitome of how pathetic the American healthcare system is. When your months long wait finally arrives; you have to check in with receptionists a whole cubicle filled with people who hate their jobs and just leave you waiting standing in line. When you can see a doctor, this place does a fine job but it is near impossible to see a Doctor. I have been a patient here for a handful of years because this is the only provider in town that my insurance covers, which is another issue separate of this place, but also a factor towards the 1 star. I have never been able to get an appointment in under a month from calling or going online. I’m giving the OB-GYN front desk ladies a negative -10 star review. As the face of the department you should be polite and help to the best of your ability when patients have a question you should answer them not just hang up the phone. So rude. Now I’m considering going to flag OB instead.
