Andrew was a great service member and helped me make sure I got the work done that my car needed
I changed dealership to North Country because they have excellent service.
Service advisors were not knowledgeable about my warranty package at all; charged me for two oil changes when they should have been included and tried to charge me for items that are covered under my warranty. I had to get another advisor and management involved. I also have to take my vehicle back for a third time because the issue is still not resolved. I do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this location. I'm extremely disappointed.
I just purchased another vehicle at North Country Ford, and the employees are excellent and helpful! I buy all of my vehicles here, and the experience is always awesome, start to finish! I highly recommend them!
