Not getting recalls fixed fast enough.
My experience was horrible. This was the first time, I had brought in my SUV to be serviced for a parasitic battery draw of my radio. They completed diagnostic tests and replaced the part. They quoted me a two day turn around and I didn’t get my SUV back for eight days. I’ve had my SUV home for two days and my battery is dead again. They did not fix the issue after charging me $2,500.
Vehicle was NOT fixed the first time. I had to follow-up with the service advisor about timeliness of getting vehicle fixed , and my questions about the proposed repairs were not answered.
