If it allowed me to leave zero stars I would. This place is extremely unprofessional. I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect. Nicole at the Gaylord CMH intake office is the rudest, unfriendliest and unprofessional individual I have ever met. Twice now Nicole has gone out of her way to inform me with brazen discontemp that, she, rather CMH will not assist my elderly mother whom is in desperate need of mental health services.
