I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. My sister has been dealing with a serious safety issue for over four days now her front door will not lock. She has submitted work orders, contacted management multiple times, and has been completely ignored. No tenant should be forced to live in a home that cannot be secured. The lack of urgency and concern for resident safety is unacceptable. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel other renters should know about my experience. My front door deadbolt the only lock on my apartment stopped working, leaving me unable to lock my apartment when I leave. This has now been an ongoing issue for several days. During that time, I submitted multiple maintenance requests, called the office, left a voicemail, sent multiple text messages, and even went to the office in person.
