Honestly, this is the only place in Alpena I will get coffee from. They have an awesome selection of candy, coffee, ice cream, and trinkets. The staff is AMAZING!
When we were up at the cottage a few weeks ago, my daughter and I stopped in, and the service was fantastic. They had just finished cooking up some carmel corn and gave us a sample, still warm. The drinks were delicious, too. We'll definitely stop in again whenever we are in Alpena.

We have never had the pleasure of actually visiting the store; but on a trip to visit a friend who lives on the shores of Hubbard Lake, my hubby had his first taste of your Cabin Fever coffee. This is a man who LOVES coffee, but always said it is all basically the same. Well he says that no more, yours is the one he wants in his house & we order it in the 5# bags of beans. Now the extra blessing is I love your caramel corn, so I always get some when I order his coffee beans. Thank you for making us delicious treats.

I came here this past week and got a really cute mug, when I got home a few hours later I opened the box to find that the mug was cracked down the side. I brought it back the next day and they would do NOTHING about it. After much talk with the owner, she was not willing to do anything for me, I suggested that she give me at least 50% off another mug. She agreed to that. The customer service by the owner was horrible. I will never be shopping there again and will definitely not be referring anyone to the store.
Couldn't ask for a better place for ice cream, candies that are locally made!
