Raul was very accommodating in my request of test driving a car. He also showed me other cars that I might be interested in that were similar. He told me about the vehicles and was very forthcoming. There was no pressure to buy. It was easier, though, because I was ready to buy!! His tactics at the table were not pushy, just wanted to sell me what I was there for.

Great staff, didn't try to sell me into anything else other than what I wanted. Traded in my Kia K5 for a new Civic and we had the deal done before lunch. Did not waste my time at all! Overall great experience with them!
