Do not. I repeat - DO NOT buy a Century home anywhere in the country. Especially in Arizona. Their trades lack quality, they rush and sloppily put together homes, and the warranty process is absolutely horrible. The items you need fixed will never be properly fixed. You’re better off going to purchase an old 1980’s used home. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS.
They have such shotty workmanship on brand new built homes. Watch the YouTube videos that show what they do and you will see why they have such low review scores from people.
