I met with Dr Kenney for the first time this week. He, literally, is responsible for his own office. Leo, personally, took me through the registration process and explained protocol. His services are on a walk-in basis. I was impressed with his thorough approach and his, initial, conservative treatment. Dr. Kenney has a great personality and a sense of humor.
