Rude and abusive! There have been 2 occasions that I have picked up my lab from boarding with some of his nails completely ripped off and bleeding. They told us next time they would put him in a room instead of a crate ( we were under the impression that he was sharing a ROOM with our other 2 dogs) They decided that during their busy week that they would charge us complete vet visits for our dogs to be vaccinated which was $238 per dog plus the boarding fee of $60 a day!! Stay away if you love your pets! They tortured and could have killed mine. My cat has severe megacolon (he cannot poop) and had been a patient here since his diagnosis. He had to be manually extracted over a year ago. On a Wednesday, I called for a refill on his meds but was told he needed to be seen. The very next day, on Thursday, I brought him in. All vets there are VERY good. I particularly like Dr. Murphy, as he handled both my German Shepherd pup and an aging terrier who was in pain and had been biting when touched. He was able without a muzzle to examine her, not hurt her, and not get bitten himself . I was amazed at his expertise.
Dr. Murphy is so nice and great with both of our cats. We drive 45 minutes out of our way to get to this place because we like it so much.
