If I could give a zero I would. North Coast section should be shut down. Let first say that the staff especially the Commissioner (Pat Cruickshank) should be replaced. Pat will make you suffer while waiting for your transfer request. North coast section is not trying to help kids transfer or even help with the process they are trying to prevent kids from transferring. They don't care about the kids and the sports.
