I love this Theater for the greats shows that are chosen by the Director David Allistein, The homy environment,friendly “ambience “. I am ushering in this theater for years, happy to help and the same time enjoy watching good plays.
Just back from attending a marvelous performance by Elijah Rock, baritone singer. Program was: Gershwin for My Soul. When I first heard him sing I thought of the old "Rat Pack" with Sammy Davis Jr., along with Frank Sinatra. Then he announced that he used Sammy as a model for one of his styles. I could see it immediately. The only thing missing were cocktails! But then he launched into a full, rich rounded, operatic performance of "Oh Where's My Bess" from "Porgy & Bess." Sent glorious shivers down my spine.
