My one bedroom in a quad has gone up $600 since 2023, really sad to see the insane price gouging
I had a great experience with North Coast Rentals. The process was smooth and all my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. I have a lovely rental as a result and am happy to have worked with this rental agency.
Kim is apparently out for a few months so bear with them during this time. Had to call a few extra times to get through, reaching out to Kim's email may be best at this time!
Applied for a house in Rockaway about 6 weeks ago, multiple emails with “computers are down, trying to get back to you..” While we waited. Paid our fee and have been ghosted. We will never work with this style of business again. Housing is too important to people’s lives.
They rented out a unit without a fire alarm. The sliding door didn’t have a working lock- was told to use a stick in the track. The request to have this fixed resulted in a 48 hour home visit notice, I believe as a form of some weird intimidation. Get ready to submit maintenance requests after maintenance requests. Kim always has excuses IF you can even get in touch. She also has an attitude and tries to dominate the conversation by being overly abrasive & rude.
