Awful! From the saleswoman to the sales manager(s)
I recommend Jamey Vegas. He did an amazing job showing us cars and great prices. Cracked jokes and laughed with him. He's really good at what he does !!
I bought a Model S from North Coast back in March. I noticed a few weeks ago that one of the tires was bald on the inside due to an apparent alignment issue. Even though I bought the car as-is, they made me a great deal on a full set of tires and alignment. Very impressed with this company for taking care of a customer when they technically didn't have to. Zack in service was friendly and responsive.

My Father Michael was in this afternoon and he said he had a very pleasant experience. He said that Ahmad and Rebecca helped him out. Ahmad was the head sales man and my father said that he was very nice. Extremely informative and just did an all around great job. My father also said that Rebecca (who was in training) was very nice and did an excellent job assisting. He said that everyone at the dealership was great from sales to financial department!! Thanks guys for taking such great care of my father :)
