Betsy has over the last month given me more relief in the last 4 weeks than I’ve ever received. She doesn’t rush and she it’s a bargain on many levels!
Fabulous!! I have been to Betsy several times for a 90 minute massage. The space is clean, warm and inviting. Betsy is strong, intuitive and kind. I always leave feeling lighter, detensed, incredibly relaxed and ten years younger. Highly recommended.

I just had a great massage. I'm not sure if this is swedish or deep tissue, but it's obvious Betsy she is well experienced in bodywork. I had an amazing session in which she was able to help relieve some pent up strain I had in my spine, also assisted with some hip issues. Highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience with Betsy at north coast massage! She is so talented and intuitive. And strong! She knew exactly what my body needed. I left feeling lighter, more flexible and completely relaxed. I will absolutely be back next time I'm in fort bragg.
