I am disgusted by the unprofessionalism. First of all, false promises about filing by end of the day on a Friday, leaving it all weekend, and then not contacting me saying anything. Second, I was told documents that were rejected would be scanned in to me one evening, I said thank you, and then I emailed the next day after waiting a while for said documents, she became cold in her response(Dolores), and that I had not paid the invoice.
