The office is pristine. It is the most beautiful office I’ve ever been to. The doctors are top notch and I would highly recommend them. Dr. Raymond Plona pulled my tooth and I did not even need to fill my pain meds. I would not hesitate to come again.
The procedure went perfectly. The receptionist Debbie was not nice and pointing blame at me for not having everything set even though I made so many phone calls to them and my dentist to make sure this went through smoothly. I'm not sure what side the problem was on, but blaming the customer and wanting to hear voicemails left by her own company because communication is bad.. is not a good sign. Five stars for the doctor and everyone else who were very kind and professional. One star off for the attitude at reception.
