I called and scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm. A week before my appointment I was told to be there a half hour early. I arrived 40 minutes early and was told that I was late for my appointment. The lady at the desk had a big smile on her face, folded her arms and almost was proud to tell me... sorry but we cant see you today.
